30-day returns
You may return an eligible piece for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.
Free, insured return shipping
We send you a prepaid, fully insured return label. The piece is covered for its full value from the moment the courier collects it. There is no need to buy your own insurance.
How to return
- Email sales@greencarat.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- We email your return authorisation and prepaid insured label within 1 business day.
- Pack the piece in its original box with its certificate, and ship it using our label only.
Refund timing
We refund within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Shipping and duties
Your original shipping charge, if any, is refunded in full. If Green Carat collected import duties or taxes at checkout, these are refunded too.
