You may return an eligible piece for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Your statutory rights
Under UAE consumer protection and e-commerce law, you may also return or replace a piece that is defective, incomplete or damaged, does not match its description, or was delivered contrary to your order. These rights apply whatever the return window, and nothing in this policy waives them.
Free, insured collection
We arrange a free, fully insured collection from your address in the UAE.
How to return
- Email sales@greencarat.com or call +91 63544 71220 with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
- We confirm your return and schedule the collection.
- Hand over the piece in its original box with its certificate.
Refund timing
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return. VAT and any duties collected at checkout are refunded in full.
