1. Return Eligibility
- The return request must be raised within 7–14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, certificates (including diamond authenticity certificates), invoices, and tags must be intact.
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return unless it arrives damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made jewellery
- Items purchased during special sales or clearance offers (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear
3. Return Process

- Provide clear images (if the product is damaged or defective).
- Once approved, we will arrange a secure pickup or guide you through the return shipping process
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
5. Exchange Policy
- We offer one-time exchange for eligible products within the return window.
- Exchange is subject to product availability and price difference (if any).
- If the exchanged product costs more, the difference must be paid. If it costs less, the balance will be refunded.
6. Damaged Items
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share images/videos as proof.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, and the return policy will apply.
8. Shipping Charges
