Your right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you, or a person you name (other than the courier), take physical possession of the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, it runs from the day the last one arrives.
Our extended 30-day window
As a goodwill gesture, we accept returns of eligible pieces for up to 30 days after delivery on the same terms. This is in addition to, and does not reduce, your legal right above.
How to withdraw
- Tell us before the period ends, using the withdrawal form, by email to sales@greencarat.com, or with the model form below.
- We email your confirmation and free, prepaid, insured return label within 1 business day.
- Send the piece back within 14 days of telling us, in its original box with its certificate.
Your refund
We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery, no later than 14 days after you tell us you are withdrawing. We may hold the refund until we receive the piece or you show proof you have sent it.
Pieces that can’t be returned
Pieces made to your own specifications or clearly personalised, such as engraving or a bespoke design, can’t be returned for a change of mind. We tell you before you order.
Legal guarantee (at least 2 years)
Every piece carries the legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery. If a piece is faulty or not as described, you’re entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, free of charge.
